Meet the Team

Practicing Family Law Since 1989

Attorney Brent Kuhn was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in 1989, and has been practicing law throughout the state of Nebraska for almost 30 years. His areas of expertise are domestic and family law with a focus on divorce, paternity, estate litigation, and business divorces.

Brent received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law.

Nora Staudenmaier, Paralegal, has been working at Brent Kuhn Law since 2018. Nora is an Omaha native, growing up in Millard and attending college at the College of Saint Mary where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration.
 
When Nora is not working she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, playing tennis, as well as spending time with her two dogs and two cats.
